Is there a free trial available?
Yes — every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. No credit card required, cancel anytime.
What's included at launch?
Everything in the Pro plan: unlimited estimates, panel-by-panel scoping and photo documentation, custom hail and retail matrices, invoicing, and technician assignment with commission and pay tracking — on iOS, Android and the web dashboard.
Can I write directly into CCC ONE?
Not at launch. AutoWrite™ for CCC is in active development — it's designed to hand line-level estimates to CCC with annotated photos and R&I documentation attached. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you the day it's ready.
When will AI Assist iScan™ be available?
iScan™ is in development and is not part of the launch build, so we're not putting a date on it yet. It's designed to detect, count and size dents from photos and populate your own matrix from the results. Waitlist members hear first, and get early-access pricing.
How much does it cost to add my crew?
$25 per member seat per month, or $250 per seat per year. Add or remove seats as the season changes — you're only paying for the techs you have on the board.
Can I customize my hail and retail matrices?
Fully. Build and save multiple matrices, adjust panels, thresholds and pricing in seconds, and rules apply automatically across every estimate.
Can I manage multiple technicians and commissions?
Yes — assign jobs, track productivity in real time, and automate commission splits and payouts for your whole team. Pay structures are set per customer and per location, by role, and to match the agreement you have with that client, so the same tech can be on a different split for two different accounts.
What devices are supported?
PDR Mobile runs on iOS and Android phones and tablets, plus a web dashboard for the office. One membership, any device.
